Exchanges and Returns (Refund Policy)
＜Returns and exchanges at the customer's request＞
Orders not yet shipped: You may cancel by contacting us via the email address on this page or through the Inquiry page.
Orders already shipped: Unopened products may be returned for a refund at the customer's expense only if we are notified at the email address on this page within 10 days of receipt. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
＜If the product is defective＞
If a defect clearly attributable to our fault is found within one year of the customer receiving the product, please return it by cash-on-delivery. We will send a replacement after confirming receipt of the returned item.
Delivery Period
Orders are processed within one week and merchandise arrives within one month. The product is ready to use immediately upon arrival.
